Trade shows are where packaging decisions begin. Not where they end — but where the physical encounter between a buyer and a bottle creates the kind of immediate, tactile conviction that no catalog image or digital rendering can replicate.
When you visit the Panda Glass booth at Cosmoprof Bologna, Beautyworld Middle East, MakeUp in Paris, or any of the international fragrance and beauty packaging events we attend, you will find a team and a product display organized around one purpose: giving serious buyers the information, the samples, and the direct manufacturer access they need to move from interest to decision.
What We Bring to the Show Floor
Our trade show display is built around our current stock portfolio and active custom development programs. Every bottle on display is a production-representative sample — not a one-off prototype or a display-only piece. Visitors can handle the glass, evaluate the neck finish, assess the weight and wall consistency, and test cap and pump fitment directly at the booth.
We bring our full component ecosystem to every show: glass bottles across our cylindrical, oval, square, rectangular, and hybrid silhouette families; FEA15-compatible spray pumps and crimp collars; decorative overcaps in a range of finishes; and folding carton samples representing our standard and custom box constructions.
For brands attending with a specific brief, we offer private booth appointments where our technical team can review your requirements in detail — discussing neck finish compatibility, volume requirements, decoration options, MOQ structure, and lead time expectations without the background noise of the show floor.
The Conversations We Have at Shows
The most productive booth conversations we have at trade shows are not about price. They are about fit — whether our manufacturing capabilities, stock availability, component ecosystem, and service structure align with what a brand or contract filler actually needs.
We regularly meet buyers who have experienced quality inconsistency from previous suppliers and are looking for a manufacturer with documented process controls. We meet indie brand founders placing their first significant production order who need guidance on MOQ structure, sampling timelines, and how to specify a bottle correctly. We meet procurement leads from established fragrance houses who are adding a secondary glass supplier for supply chain resilience.
Each of those conversations is different. What they share is that they move faster and further in a face-to-face booth setting — with glass in hand and a manufacturer’s representative who can answer technical questions directly — than in any number of email exchanges.
Book a Show Appointment with Panda Glass
If you are attending an upcoming fragrance or beauty packaging trade event and would like to schedule a dedicated appointment with our team, we encourage you to reach out before the show opens. Pre-scheduled appointments allow us to prepare samples specific to your brief, ensure the right technical team members are present for your conversation, and give your visit the focused time it deserves.
We look forward to putting our glass in your hands.
